Neil Campbell  (President)

Mr. Campbell has over 40 years of diversified business experience with emphasis on Total Project Management and New Product Development. Mr. Campbell has functioned as Vice – President, Management Consultant, Product Manager, Product Designer, and Senior Industrial Designer. Responsibilities entailed: problem definition; complete design ability from concept to implementation; supervision and training of design personnel; and directly responsible for establishing a fully integrated product line for Laboratory Animal Care Research for Lab Products, Inc.

As President of Bio Medic Data Systems, Mr. Campbell is leading this organization to provide Bio-Medical Research Community with fully-integrated series of electronic products that provides major productivity in the laboratory. Mr. Campbell and his associates have invented a complete electronic RFID system that provides automated accuracy for research projects, tracking and identifying specimens and inventory control.

In 1969 Mr. Campbell received a Bachelor of Industrial Design from The Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, NY. Mr. Campbell received a Ford Motor Company Academic Scholarship, each year he attended Pratt Institute. He graduated on the Dean List, and with honors.

Mr. Campbell holds various U.S. and international patents.

Mani Guesfeird  (Executive Vice President)

Mrs. Guesfeird has over 28 years experience working within the Bio Technology Industry. She began her career reporting to the President of Metal Systems, Inc. Mr. Albert Ruggieri. This was a Division of Bio Medic Corporation that specialized in precision sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing. Initially engaged in the capacity of office and clerical duties, within 2 years she was promoted to Office Manager and was appointed Purchasing Agent for this division. Mrs. Guesfeird also worked for Maryland Plastic Inc., a division of Bio Medic Corporation in the Personnel Department where she was involved in hiring, training, health insurance claims, and all aspects of Personnel.

At the request of the President of Bio Medic Data Systems, Inc., in 1996, Mrs. Guesfeird joined BMDS, as Director of Operations where she managed the daily operations of the company, including all orders, hiring and training office staff, and production staff, conducting purchasing, and support for sales and customers. In 2002, in recognition of the overall success in conducting these assignments earned her a promotion to Vice President of Operations BMDS. At the encouragement of The President of BMDS, Mrs. Mani Gueisfierd has continued with her staff to lead many of the expanded operations to help the company grow, service it’s customers, and remain a leader in the Bio Medical Science Market. In recognition of this performance and her expanded involvement for Executive support in National and International Business Development a promotion to Executive Vice-President became effective December 12, 2006.

Geoffrey Hunt (Vice President of Sales and Marketing) 

 Mr. Hunt joined Bio Medic Data Systems, Inc., in 2008 and is a key member of the Executive Sales Force. As a result of excellent achievements and service to customers, in the Pharmaceutical, Government agencies, Universities, and Contract Research Organizations, Mr. Hunt was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Bio Medic Data Systems, Inc.

Mr. Hunt has extensive knowledge in all facets of animal management in both private, commercial and governmental animal facilities. Mr. Hunt's has exceptional talents in research, facility design, animal handling and technical manipulation. This experience has provided him with a key understanding of research facilities requirements and needs for key systems such as data collection and animal identification.

Mr. Hunt is on the council on the local NCAB/AALAS organization. He also is active with the National Association for Laboratory Animal Science (AALAS) organization and several other regional AALAS chapters where he participates in local seminars, training programs and annual symposiums.

Curt Miller (Director, R&D)

Now extending to thirty-four plus years of experience in the Research and Development of precision products, Mr. Miller joined Bio Medic Data Systems formally in 2004, and was initially tasked with establishing the (then new) CNC machine shop to produce custom prototypes of new products for R&D.  Quickly integrating with our engineering team, Mr. Miller soon played a vital role in the design and manufacture of production equipment for BMDS, as well as providing on-site services to customer laboratories and facilities.

Designer and Master Machinist, Mr. Miller’s uniquely qualified skill set is derived from vast experience, which includes the design, production, and maintenance of injection mold tooling, as well as precision metal and plastic fabrication tooling and production dies.  With his acceptance of a position with Maryland Plastics as an injection mold technician and machinist in 1979, Mr. Miller began what has developed into a thirty-plus year career with BMDS parent, Bio Medic Corporation and its related divisions.  Moving to Metal Systems in 1981, he added metal stamping, forming, and die making skills to his professional toolbox, and in 1986, upon returning to Maryland Plastics, Mr. Miller joined Manufacturing Engineering, participating and leading many sophisticated and demanding projects for the various divisions.  In 1998, he was promoted to Manager of Manufacturing Engineering.

As Director, R&D, Mr. Miller is tasked with leading the design team in the creation of new products and systems, as well as directing the manufacture of complex prototypes using advanced CNC equipment in the R&D Modeling Center at BMDS.  Responsible for designing and implementing automation systems with robotic cells, Mr. Miller supports all phases of manufacture, with a special emphasis on custom built assembly equipment for secondary operations.  Additionally, he supports made-to-order solutions to meet client requirements, including fabrication and installation at customer’s facilities.
